  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I have primarily been involved in web development. I recently moved to business analytics. Both roles have proved to be interesting. Within web development I was responsible for creating functional wireframes from a design visio. It was riveting working to a time constraint.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure came as a shock to me at first but the level of guidance out weighs the difficulty. Self study is expected a lot of the time so you have to get some self motivation in order to get ahead of the game.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Accenture has a select group of people who I can turn to for support within the HR team, but any Accenture employee will help you if they can. Managers tend to give you time for study alongside your role and can guide you if the task is work related.

  • 9. Would you recommend Accenture to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It has to be the best place I have worked. Excellent benefits and rewards for employees. People who I would recommend would certainly be surprised with how far Accenture to be an excellent company to work for.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
  • Research. Research. Research. Make sure you also find time to learn about software and applications in order to broaden your skill set before applying. Be yourself during the onboarding process. Revise any keys skills you feel will aid you in being a cut above the rest of the candidates.
