I am employed by Accenture as a Software Engineer. My current client is with a large multi-national telecoms company, in which i work as part of a large Accenture team to deliver change to the client.
Yes, i have developed many skills, including time management, project management, operational reporting, SQL, CSS, JAVA, and Web Development programming. Accenture gives you many opportunities to develop yourself as a person and to further your career.
The work is enjoyable and challenging, the team i work on are very good teammates and we all get along well. Company culture is a word hard play hard attitude. There are always big parties to celebrate company success when we deliver ahead of target.
Internal recognition is well promoted, employees feel valued and rewarded for their contributions to the company and the client.
The program is well structured, and we receive regular training and support towards achieving the qualifications expected of us.
We receive lots of support from our training provider, and this means we can go on to achieve and excel in our qualifications.

Salary and package more than meets costs. You will need to budget, and you cannot spend money on absolutely everything, but there should be no complaints that our salary does not fully cover costs.
