I have learnt and developed many new skills. I have completed my Level 3 and am now doing a HNC. There is courses available at work such as the EW and requirements course.
I am enjoying my time at the company. I particularly enjoy being part of many great teams which help make this company grow.
I feel very valued. I have received an 'employment recognition' award for my hard work. I am also given jobs with high levels of responsibility which improves my confidence.
It is well structured and the placement plan is structured in a way that suits us as well as the company.
We get a lot of support from our apprentice manager as well as our line managers in our departments. If we have any issues, they are resolved quickly.

We get paid a fair amount. Living costs and travel costs are minimal for me at the minute.
We get many opportunities to go into schools and other events to help promote the apprenticeship program. we also get the chance to go to RAF bases to see the aircraft that our equipment goes on.
