technical apprentice, selex es we move around different placements within the company gaining a wide range of skills and meeting a great number of people while learning along the way, we have a day release at college studying at the same time.
I have gained my level 3 and working on HNC, I have learn a number new skills in the workplace as well

fairly but being a large company it can at times feel like I am not
there is a clear structure

I think for a 16 year old it is a lot but when you join a bit older it is not enough to live on
we go out on lots of school events

I have done already, and I enjoy it here and learn a lot
the more you put in the more you get out, speak to people, and its not like school
