All apprentices are valued highly by Capgemini, we were told this at the start of our apprenticeship and it has been reinforced since joining the company

Very well organised, all training is planned wel in advance and we are kept informed about what is coming up and when

Regular contact is kept with meetings and they are always happy to help if I have any questions

Support comes from not only my manager but from my team and office as a whole. If there is any questions or issues I have there will be someone who can support my needs

For an apprenticeship the starting wage is very good - combined with the progression track it is a very good scheme to be a part of

Yes there are plenty of training opportunities and social activities to get involved with. The company are eager for us to grow and encourage us to further ourselves outside of work

They are a very good company to work for, excellent training which is continued into the workplace with opportunities other companies wouldn't be able to provide an apprentice like myself
