technical apprentice, currently at college gaining a good knowledge in skills relevant to the business, only at work one day a week but when I am at work have plenty of interesting tasks to take part in, given responsibilities that are interesting as well as challenging
yes a knowledge in electrical, and mechanical skills, currently going for a level 3 electrical and level 2 mechanical peo, I have also learnt about the formalities within a security defence business
this is the best job that I have had and looks to hold a promising future

there is a good support system in place of line managers and colleagues to take you through the programme
college have gave there best to meet all of my learning needs to suit me personally and professionally due to work commitments.

for a first year when I am just training and contributing little to the business the salary is very generous

there are plenty of opportunities and it is a great company to get into, if you do get in give it your best and stick it out, any problems make them known as your colleagues will do anything they can to help you
