network enginer - my daily tasks are to maintain the network ensuring the networh is free from noise and ingress i have daily interactions with the manager and senior technicians, we have monthly team meetings and 2 buzz calls a week my responsibilty is to make sure i maintain a high standard on the network when i started i was involved in POW project and now involved in POW2 project
so far i have my NRWSA qualification, i have learnt how to drive a transit van, i have gained knowledge on electical applicances and how to use certain new tools and meters. i have learned how to fibre splice too.
i havent had many jobs previuos to this i was a footballer i was working at mcdaonlds i have worked delivering pizzas, but by a clear country mile this is the bestr jobs ive had out of them all
i feeled very valued at virgin, everyone takes my personal development serious and puts it first, everyone in the company is willing to offer advice and support as and when i need it.
this partr i feel, could improve, the programme its self is structured and and organise with training weeks and study days, but i felt we were left ion the dark when it came to meters and tooling and vans etc.
i recieve as much support as i ask for and i can ask for as much help as i need, my manager is always willing to go beyond of call to help me out .

im alot better off on this salary than i was on my last wage, i was on minimum wage before and this is well above that.
we had a christmas do, ive been invited on nights out with the lads and ive been involved in the sunday night football team that the guys have. also we are doing a tough mudder event for charity.

i couldnt think of a better job and company to work for at the moment ive recommended alot of of friends to the company
