i really enjoy my apprenticeship, i think it has been harder than i was expecting but i would consider it a challenge and it has been rewarding so far. The college work is not incredibly challenging but the job role i have is and its a nice balance.
Staff that i work with are great and have helped me develop and always looked out for me. I feel like its a great environment where i dont really feel like an apprentice and just one of the team.
The course that we follow has been good, it requires a lot of self study which you would expect so some might not find it for them but as long as your willing to use your free time occasionally to really give the apprenticeship the time it needs then you will be fine.
The tutor has been very supportive and is base on site so it is never a problem getting in conatact when you are not too sure on somthing.
Boots are 100% supportive of my balance bettween completing my apprenticeship work and managing my job role. I feel really happy about how its handled
My salary is reasonably generous for an apprentice and after 2 years your prospects only rise.
plenty of opportunity to get involved in charity work or other projects and i started a colleague football team so your imagination is your limit on that one.

Be confident in your ability and be open to trying anything new. Dont hold back on any idea you have and try and prepare as much as possible when and if you reach the interview.
