I feel extremely well valued by Boots being given lots of different opportunities to develop myself and build a career.
The programme is very well structured with a clear outline of what you will be doing in the 2 year course. The course leaders ensure you are kept up to date with any changes to the schedule via email.
Our training providerer is on site each day between Monday and Thursday - during this time they provide drop in sessions for us to answer any questions.
We receive great support from our employer who allow us to spend ecah Thursday studying towards our course. Managers are on board with the course we are completing and enusre you are given work to support your course.
