My day to day roles is a Finance assistant in the Central Finance department. On a daily basis I am issuing invoices and doing variance analysis which I have found very valuable to me development.
I have developed my analytical, organisational and excel skills
I have been given the chance to work with some very experienced and intelligent people who have aided me throughout my apprenticeship to bring out the best in me and my potential.
I feel very valued by M&G they have made me feel instrumental in the day to day operations of my team.
The structure of my programme is good however it can be inconsistent with HR being very busy and having to manage a lot of people.
I receive as much support as I ask for from my training provider.

The salary is ok to cover my costs.
There are many oppurtunites from organisations like Investment 2020 who allow M&G apprentices to network with other trainees in the industry.
