i am a surveyor within the corporate estate management team. through out the day i do an array of tasks, from having contractor meeting to paying invoices.
i have become more confident, and i am now more willing to stand up and talk in front of people. i have also learnt a lot about excel, which helps me a lot when creating tabled etc.
i enjoy the programme a lot, the people i work with are fantastic and i love working for JLL, it is a really good atmosphere in the office and everyone is friendly and approachable.
i feel i am valued within my team, as i have been given appreciation from people saying how quick i believer work, also i am becoming involved with my director as she is giving me work to do
within JLL my Programme is structured really well. There are always training opportunities to improve your knowledge, great support for apprentices as there are loads of people who we can go to for help
from my training provider not a lot, the teaching seems non existent, it all depends on what teacher you have, which makes me not want to go to college.
its great. The HR team are always happy to help, along with my manager and Mentor who are always there when i need them and are always willing to help
my salary is very good compared to similar apprenticeships in other firms, which is backed by JLL pay for my travel, whereas over firms paying their apprentices dont do that
there are loads of opportunities, there are sports such as football cricket and swimming team and also the JLL triathlon. there are also charity opportunities to help and get involved
Yes
