My day to day activities vary depending on which department I am in, this is great as it lets you see all aspects of the company before you decided what you enjoy.
Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills, such as machine skills hand tools skills, and also a lot of personal skills such as teamwork and organsiation
I enjoy my programme it is in a good business doing something ive always wanted to do.
I feel like I am valued the company has treat me well and they pay well also.
I feel the programme is very organised, you start by doing a block release at college then a block in a training school and then, you start in the factory
we get monthly reviews once we have let the training centre so the trainers can see how things are going which is good
I receive a fair amount of support from my employer
My salary rises every year and it is good, the first year was quite hard but after that it is good, you also get a Christmas bonus
Yes there are activities that you can do outside of work if you wish to

Its a good company to work for who pay well and it is has a good enviroment
