I really enjoy my programme, every day is different and I am constantly learning new things. It is never boring. I am also greatly encouraged by my team.
I feel greatly valued by RBS. They have invested a lot of time and money into me and my development, which allows me to enjoy my programme whilst getting the most from it.
The bank is very organised rgarding my programme, however the learning provided - BPP, needs to improve. There is constant techincal issues and seems to be a great lack of communication from them.
Not a lot. Everything is online or via email, apart from a 30 minute monthly review. The assesors do not seem to have a good understanding of the programme and technical issues we face.
I recieve a lot of support from my employer. All of my colleagues are very supportive and willing to help me with my learning or any problems I may have. My line manager is also very supportive.
