Looking after customers who business turnover is between £2-50 mill for Relationship Managers.
Built people skills, become more confident, much more computer literate and just broader knowledge of finance and the banking world
Very much so, met wonderful people in the organisation and all the apprentices are really nice and friendly.
Currently studying for my exam which is next week so currently not doing much in the office. However when at events employees tell of the importance of apprentices and new generation so makes you feel wanted and welcomed.
Structured well - could perhaps been given more information before it started.
Well up until recently contacted someone higher up to say had been having an issue but things are much better now. Shouldn't have had to chase up and complain I feel though, currently as the situation sits I'd say 7/8 as contact I do have has been useful and information but as a whole will rate it how I feel it has been
Loads, colleagues in the office are very supportive
Is the best paid apprenticeship around when comparing with friends in other companies and for our age a well-paid job. Experience and good money so would say this is a high point. Obviously can never have too much money but for what it is, is very good
In terms of enrolling in clubs and such yes I believe so but something I haven't fully looked at so unsure on what to give.
Yes
Great company, incredibly welcoming and friendly people within the organisation so you feel happy to go to work. Many career paths and opportunities as its such a huge organisation so could try your hand in many different things which is something which excites me and would with many others. Definitely 100% in comparison to other apprenticeships and university as the opportunities given without racking up 3 years worth of debt are more beneficial I feel.
Take opportunities to go and try new things when you can and just be friendly and happy, if so everyone will replicate the same emotions with you.
