I am a Relationship Team Officer therfore i help out the Relationship Managers in my team, i am not specific to a single RM.
Yes, i have learned how to use the varied systems used in my office and developed a better understanding for the products/services offered by the Bank.
I really enjoy this programme as it is a role that changes each day.
I feel well valued by RBS, they provide suitable working hours/ enviroments and show that staff are important to them.
My programme is somewhat structured, however at the begining I was unsure of what was going to happen during the corse of the apprenticeship.
A reasonable amount, whenever i have a question I know I can ask and it will be answered promptly.
A lot, all of the members in my team are supportive.
The salary currently is meeting my costs, however this could not be sustained for many years.
Opportunities for what?
Yes
RBS is a strong employer.
Fully focus when applying.
