I'm an assistant relationship manager for a natwest commercial office in Derby. My role consists of working under the relationship managers within the team and carrying out tasks such as booking their meetings, preparing briefs for their meetings, chasing Financial information and dealing with general banking enquiries from customers, amongst other small general tasks.
I have learnt many customer service skills and IT computer skills. Whilst developing my organisational skills
I enjoy my program very much
I feel like a very valued and looked after member of RBS
The programme does lack set structure, no plan was ever developed for training the actual job only learning the required modules
I receive as much support as I need from the training provider and I feel comfortable knowing they will always be there when I need them
I recieve a lot of support from my employer and again know they are on hand whenever I require them
Very well
I would say so yes
