Responsible for assisting the relationship managers with any excess work as well as taking customer phone calls, dealing with their enquiries and undertaking things such as account opening, file pruning etc as well.
As part of the appenticeship I am completing 2 qualifications and so this, coupled with the daily skills I learn whilst on the job, have guaranteed I have both learnt and developed skills.
I absolutely love my job and feel that the bank has created an amazing programme which enables people of all walks of life an easy and enjoyable access route in the larger commercial and corporate banking.
Extremely. From day one you are given responsibility and the freedom to really get stuck in and involed in all aspects of the job! Everyone is so willing to help and genuinely try and help you reach your full potential.
Very well done. You have an individual learning plan created by your learning provider which details the schedule of work to be completed in order to successfully complete the apprenticeship.
Not a whole heap.I personally am not a fan oof the way the training material is delivered (3 hour weekly webinar) however I know this has been effective for others. Have a monthly call with your assessor
Lots and lots. Constant support and encouragement from everyone arond whether that be office colleagues right the way up to [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] Everyone wants you to do well and you really are seen as an assett to the bank.
Way more than expected. The salary is extremely competitive and leaves me with far more disposable income than I could possible spend thus making it very easy to save.
Yes. Corrporate social responsibility events, charity events, as well as events hosted by customers which provide an extra dimension to the client relationship.
