Supporting the Relationship Managers and managing their portfolios. Customer calls/e-mails, producing meeting packs, customer file documentation, cash flow forecasts, updating next best actions, asset pricing and ratio calculating
Developed my skills of drafting letters, customer interaction and also usage of microsoft excell
I very much enjoy coming to work every day and the mixture between my apprenticeship coursework and office work. I am happy here

Well structured but poorly executed. A lot of errors in revision material which is worrying and some of the materials can be poorly organised i.e tutor was 20 minutes late to an online class

It is a good organisation to work for where employees are looked after and their strategic goals for improving the reputation of the bank and working to treat customers fairly shows that RBS is really working hard to become respected again
