Portfolio management and relationship management, I have to take part in deal execution. At the moment my day to day role involves extending peoples loans. It also involves starting new loans for customers (doing all the paperwork).
Yes, people skills when dealing with customers. Also IT skills and job specific skills.
I have found it enjoyable as I like to learn new things. I have also found everyone I work with really helpful.
I feel RBS put a lot of work in to building up there apprentices and value them highly. Everyone has helped to improve my skills for the future.
Reasonably structured as they have set a goal for the end.
