My role as an Apprentice Relationship Manager involves me meeting commercial customers of the bank and discussing with them how we can better improve their service.
Both, the BPP programme is really well tailored to help us improve.
I really enjoy coming into work in the morning and hope to keep a similar role after I pass my apprenticeship.
The culture at RBS is amazing and everyone in the team feels valued.
Some things with BPP where a little unclear all good from the RBS side of things though.
My assessor [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] is amazing at offering support and is always on hand to help.
My line manager gives me lots of time to study and learn.
Salary and benefits are very competitive.
If social and networking events where organised for apprentices it would be really good.

Be yourself throughout the whole process the interview is all about finding out how you work so don't get stressed out the interviewers are there to help.
