Relationship management - prepare meetings, deal with customer queries, go out on meetings, research prospects
Can build relationships with experienced people. Organisation has improved. More confident.
Highly, the potential for a good career is very encouraging.
I feel valued. Staff are great and the rewards are great too.
Fairly well. My education provider is BPP and with changing assessors etc. I have encountered some problems. Would also have been good for colleagues to receive training relating to training an apprentice.

As much as I ask for plus occassional offerings for support.
