I work for Lombard Asset Finance in the strategic fleet finance team. I contact customers, process the finance of vehicles and fetch drinks for everyone!!
Not at the moment, I'm just learning the processes at the moment.
I do enjoy the apprenticeship, but at the minute it is quite slow moving and I'm unsure of the progression opportunities. But I like the money!
I feel people are starting to appreciate the work I am doing and feel like they can give me more responsibility.
The plan is not very clear, I am doing a different job role to what I initially thought I would be doing so the plan seems all abit thrown together.
The training provider (BPP) are good and the telephone reviews etc, are helping track my progress.
I feel if I need support it is there.
Very well at the minute as I am a dependent.

The money is good!
Make sure they are crystal clear on the job they are applying for.
