My role involves checking a system called force every morning to manage my work load and using a variety of different systems to complete planning tasks.
Yes I have learned new team building skills and also by going on different courses I can now use different systems to complete my day to day tasks.
Yes I enjoy my programme I have a very close team, we work well together and have great team chemistry to help achieve our goals.
In my team I feel I am a strong member of the team and my effort are always praised by my manager and colleagues.
The programme would benefit more if they took more experienced planners and asked them to build a training programme for apprentices and highlighting key areas which would be more beneficial.
Always there to help and I have gained a great amount of knowledge from my mentor.
We received a lot from our managers and team members by budding up with more experienced members of the team and also by getting study days from our managers.

Yes, We always have team nights out or sporting events in which we all take part.
