I have learnt a lot of new skills these skills have been pick up from classroom theory exercises, in-house workshop excises and training but mostly from on the job, first hand experiencies with more experienced members of my team.
The virgin media apprenticeship programme was highly enjoyable. I learnt a lot of new skills and gained a svq qualification. I also met a lot of amazing people during this programme.
I feel valued as a member of my team, good work doesn't go unnoticed from my manager.
The virgin media apprenticeship programme was well structured and organised in such a way that it made the apprenticeship managable and broke it down into bite size chunks
There was always support on hand whenever it was required. Theory support from the apprentice manager and on the job support from our apprentice support manager
There is support from my manager on demand and my supervisor is always willing to assist when needed
The salary is reasonable for the job which I carry out
With my newly gain qualification, it opens up different avenues for job opportunities for myself
