This role has no set day-to-day tasks, everyday is new and interesting whether that is going to meet all kinds of different customers, talking to them and or completing requests for them. Sometimes there are jobs that aren't interesting however, have to be done such as filling or meeting preps.
My mathematical skills have improved drastically as I have had to create balance sheets for all types of businesses large and small. Furthermore, with this my analytical skills as I can spot whether the year was financially good or bad and know why that is. Also, my communication skills have improved as I am required to talk to different customers and with this you have to change what you say and the way you say it.
I thoroughly enjoy my role, I haven't yet started my proper programme as I have only been in my role for a month.
Very valued! Everyone in the team will take the time to answer my questions and help and show me new and different things everyday. I am always included in everything.
As previously said, I have only been in my role for a month and hence I believe the programme is well structured as I have not yet started learning, as they have allowed me time to settle into my role and try and understand what RBS do.
I haven't yet started my programme however believe they will be very helpfull.
A lot of support, everyone is approachable and helps me when I need it.
Very well, offers a very competative salary for the role.
To an extent yes, however not many.
