  • I receive support when needed from my training manager, although sometimes more information is required which we need to find ourselves. Which is beneficial to us as we learn new things this way.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My team within Virgin Media are very helpful, as I feel I can ask my manager or mentor anything and find the answers I need, without feeling uncomfortable when asking, I am constantly involved in engagement and meeting events and any time needed for study is happily given. I don't get too much support from my apprentice manager when needed though, as we didn't interact too often, when I was required to ask something off him, it wasn't always as easy as speaking to my full time manager and mentor.
