My Job title is Access Network Engineer, daily tasks include ingress, maintenance and faults. My daily interactions are with other staff and customers of the VM network. My responsibilities are to keep the network is working and sustainable condition. I am currently involved in a MSAN project.
My skills have grown a lot since last completing my apprenticeship, I have a better understanding off the company and are always looking to improve. We have study days each week to help us improve and courses are set to give us a more in depth look into our job role.
I enjoy every aspect of the programme and are looking forward to completing it.
I feel very valued by virgin media, one for giving me the opportunity to do a apprenticeship and secondly for helping through the course.
It has been structured really well and has a clear set goal at the end of my apprenticeship.
