it started of a little wobbly this was due to being a new program, however i would say these were ironed out and became and very organised and structured.
I received support if and when I needed it. He was always available via phone or I was always able to visit if and when needed.
my manager was there support me, didn't get involved with HR. My mentor was off ill for most of the time however was always there to support so I was luck not just have a single mentor but to have a team full of mentors. my issues or problem where always supported by my manager.
the apprentice salary was excellent. this is beyond the normal average wage and covers all my cost for a good life style.
there are fair amount opportunists outside of work. The apprentices recently visited Tanzania on a charity event to help kids out there.
