Role - Product Assistant. My day-to-day role is very varied and comes with a lot of responsibility to make decisions. Outside of my usual role, there are a number of projects to get involved in and you can really see the difference these make to the business if implemented.
Training and development - on going internal and external training opportunities available and allows you to take control on your own learning and development.
The company culture makes the office a great working environment and is a great balance between work and fun.
Lots of internal recognition and support from line manager who encourage involvement in new tasks/projects.
We are provided with a 2 week induction programme with initial training on all systems. Training and development is ongoing throughout the scheme and you get support from a buddy/mentor aside from your line manager.
Many training programmes available to sign up to and allows you to take control of your own learning. These are full supported by line manager/the business.
Support in terms on line manager, piers, buddy, mentor and everyone has a willing attitude to help.
Location of the scheme required relocation costs and therefore living and travel costs take up the majority of salary, leaving little left over for social.
Lots of events organised outside of work - both work based and social. Also many opportunities to take part in charity events.
