The people I work with are great and I have no problem coming to work in the morning.
I have learnt a lot about all the systems supported by my team.
I felt the training was a great way to start in the new role, and the on going training is good for growing my knowledge. I enjoy the work and the team i have.
I feel valued because i feel as though Capgemini really looks after its employees, i would recommend a job at Capgemini to everyone
sometimes the training lacked strict organisation but it worked, we got everything done and everyone learnt a lot. so overall it was great.
we have regular meetings and my reviewer is always easy to contact.
My manager and mentor, as well as the rest of the team, are always very approachable and will help whereever they can.
My costs are met at the moment, i would like more in the future as i move out of my parents house etc.
There is a lot going on at Capgemini out of work hours, with social events, sports etc.
Yes
I enjoy my work and i feel the company look after all of its employees.
Try to take in as much as you can from training, because it can relate directly to your role. And ask as many questions as you can.
