Warehouse Apprentice Review

Warehouse Apprentice, Some days i will be within in the checking team, helping to check, over seeing the checking etc. Some days i will be with the picking team helping oversee the pick and also getting involved in the pick.

Yes my I.T skills have come on greatly along with my communication with the warehouse and leadership skills.

I thoroughly enjoy my program and am looking forward to any and all experiences that follow.

I feel very valued within ALDI this is shown with the desire and my own desire to push on further within my apprenticeship and achieve as much as possible within ALDI.

In the first few months it was a little hectic but i now feel that the structure is good and that great lengths have been taken to ensure it runs as smoothly as possible

Over time we have had a few training providers with varied success but i now feel the trainer with have is great and that we are achieving alot.

I receive a great deal of support from my employer and this really helps my strive to achieve things within aldi

ALDI as already known is one of the top employers in regards to wages so its hard to have any arguments against the wage you receive.

There are not to many opportunities that i am aware of outside the work place so there is not much i can say about this section.

ALDI is a great employer that can offer a lot in terms off progression so 100% would recommend to a friend.

Work hard and keep your head down try hard and progression will come with the job.
