- procuring subcontractors for packages of works - forecasts - managing subcontract works - paying subcontractors - writing contract documentation - subcontractor checks - budgets and cost control
- I attened college one day a week where I get technical knowledge about construction
I work in a very positive and pro active environment with professional person whom I learn a lot off.
I am always involved with what is going on on site and I feel as though my opinion and work is appreciated.
It is well organised but there are aspects that could have improvments
I receive great support whilst in work and in college
A lot of support from my employer they provide me with everything I need in order to learn more
I get paid home to office expenses for my traveling and any other additional journeys that I have.

They are a fantastic company to work with who value apprentices. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else
Just be yourself they are very accepting as long as you are willing to work hard you will learn alot
