My job role at Aldi is a deputy manager. This means running day to day shifts and getting jobs done as efficiently as possible.
Understanding each and every colleagues weaknesses and strengths, which I can use to my advantage on setting them jobs.
I enjoy it but gets very stressful, but without that it wouldn't be interesting atall.
Not as much as I should be. Hardly get praised only here from the negatives.
From the college is was perfect, lady coming in every month done a magnificent job, but when it came down to her coming in, usually I was in a shift which I had already made aware of to the manager.
During my time at the college, she helped me through so much and made me understand more of which they were asking me by breaking down questions which was extremely helpful,
Not to much. Constantly have to ask and get on his back before I get anywhere.
For an apprentice for Aldi, it is Amazing. I'm on more than the minimum wage and I'm still an apprentice.
When trying to plan things with friends it can become a pain. Due to rotas always changing and not having set timetables.
