I have been helping keep track of the progress of the project. I help the DM to keep on top of the finances of the project and create packs for both the client and Cap.
I have developed a variety of different technical skills which include Java, SQL, SQL BI, Data Modelling and also skills on how to be the best project management. there are also a variety of different training available online.
It is an excellent programme to be a part of. You get a chance to work with a variety of different clients and people and also get chance to work in a variety of different roles. Teamwork is highly important factor here and which is why there is great help everywhere when you need. You will never feel like you have the world on your shoulders.
I do feel valued at capgemini. Especially when you are on a prject you get a chance to show what you can do. Capgemini employees are very appreciative of the help you can provide. You also get recognition from both client and capgemini which is a great feeling.
it is very well organised. There is always something that you could be doing or there is always something availble for you to do. If you havent got anything to do it is easy to find work from someone which you can get started on. As well as this the training provided was well organised there was always something new that you learn and there is always training well organised for you to attend when needed.
You get great support from your learning provider. During training if you have a problem they will ensure that you can fix the problem before they move. they work at your pace to help ensure that you understand everything and are capable of doing it if you where left alone. the material that is given is also excellent to help revise.
Employer also gives excellent support they ensure that you are comfortable and have everything that you need to ensure that you dont stress and keep calm to ensure that we do out best. If we have a problem as an employee they will offer huge support to ensure that you have everything you need to overcome the problem.
It is excellent. there has never been a problem with the pay and meeting costs. if there is a problem they will give you guidance on to keep costs down. as well as this expenses that you may have due to travel they will cover you for. If you are to far from office they will try moving you to a office that is closer for you.
there are lots of oppertunities outside of work. especially with the skills that you have it can help you develop youre carear. they also have intrernal projects which you can be a part of which can help you develop as employee.
Yes

ensure that you are honest and be yourself. dont hold your opinions back, share what you actaully think as your comments can help them approve as well as help you get noticed.
