developed my people and interaction skills, working with people that know the business inside out. as we progress through the programme im sure i will gain many new skills including that of wanting to improve confident through presenting ideas back to a large group.
the programme stretches your potential to which ive found that i've become more aware of how to present myself at work. i've seen myself becoming more independent - not relying on people to tell me what to do. i'm enjoying the programme fully which i can see why so many people would love such a big opportunity.
people are aware of the programme which makes our role much easier. they understand what is expected of us and are giving us all the support we need to progress through the company. so far ive felt valued by every colleague ive come across on my journey.
so far everything has been structured and easy to follow, we know what is expected of us and the programme to which deadlines are already in place for certain studying aspects.
they have not hesitated to make us feel welcome always inviting us to have a chat or just to see how things are going in your new role.
training days are well organized to support our roles and to progress your basic skills, they want us to feel comfortable to which i believe the support given is to a very high standard.
very happy with salary and all the benefits.
