I shadow fully qualified staff and help in day to day maintenace activites to keep our site running
Nearly every skill i have todate i have learned through hands on, gaining knowledge
I enjoy all my work and team and the people i work/learn with the only downside is traveling
I feel valued because i know im the next person in line to be looking after sites like ours and keeping them running for the fututre
Its pretty well organised, it could be better, ie more time notice on things
We have every support and every type of support we could need or want availble to us 24/7
I recivece good support any questions or problems i have they can help me sort them out or point me to the people i need to be asking the questions
its very well paid, and our traveling expenses are paid for as well so i cannot complain, as inflation goes up so does our pay so its pretty much linear with the countrys rising costs
there are always company events, and activites taking place around the country and its always open to anyone within the company
Yes
its great to work for and they look after their staff
