-Software Engineer, -Attending client site, providing traiing resolving issues -Daily meetings, interactions with clients -a lot of work on computers
Yes, I have learned more than I expected and they have been very good in training me to become a well rounded software engineer
The programme is very enjoyable and the workload is not too extreme
Feel valued as an apprentice as there is a community for all the people on similar programs that are in regular contact with each other, although when on project with people that are not apprentice you are often 'mollycoddled' and maybe not given the most challenging work due to the fact you are an apprentice
Program is very well structured and before you start in a position you are given a 3 month intensive training course which make you feel confident when you go on to work
Training provider has made themselves very available at all times and keep in touch with regular meetings
Any support you require is made available and regular meetings and calls are held to ensure you are comfortable in your workplace
The salary is good for an apprentice, but as somebody who was required to relocate due to the job the salary in general is pretty low, although I think this is more to do with personal circumstance than salary provided
There are lot of social events and opportunities to be involved with things outside of work and you are made aware of them constantly
Yes
Good company to work for
Know what you are getting into before you get into it, when starting at the company you suffer from a bit of information overload and everything happens very fast.
