Complete various assessments with hands on experience of the topic we are learning about. Vast range of experience learned with the second year starting a specific stream. From the 3rd year up you will be working with experience personnel on station to complete qualifications and learn about the plant
Yes, I have learnt lots of new things. I have developed my skills that I learnt from school as well as improving as a person with social skills, and condfidence
Thoroughly enjoyed everything. Very fun experience meeting lots of new people and being free to do whatever I want because I am away from home
Extremely well valued. They care about their employees and they act upon your opinion on making things better for everyone. They try and provide the best workplace environment as they can
Very well structures, lots of trips are organised for the apprentices and the work done is spread out so you are not doing constant hard subjects for months on end
Good overall. If you have a question you just need to ask. Something will be done if you are struggling and they will get extra materials for you if you need help
As much as you need. If you have any problems they will contact the correct people who can help sort out the problem within work or out of work
Perfect. For my age this has been incredible, I have never been happier in my life to be able to go out and buy things and pay for cool experiences
Too many to keep track of. The world is your oyster, you get plenty of free time to go out and experience life in a new town near Portsmouth which has lots to do
Yes
Best thing I think anyone could do with their life as a career option. The overall package is brilliant and is a good thing to do for those not wanting to go to college or university
Put in as much effort as you can, definitely worth it. Learn as much as you can about the station. Think logically. Do something to stand out. Express why you think you would be a good employee. It is challenging but help is given
