My role on a day to day basis is working on MMT's and Btec units making sure I pass them so when I enter my third year I have a better understanding of being back on site
I have developed a lot more people skills and also how to do stuff more independently as I have been down south for the past two years and also learned a lot more about my trade which is mechanical
I enjoy the program very much as I have met people that I wouldn't have met if it wasn't for this scheme and also enjoy my tasks I do at work also
I feel very valued by eDF as everyone has spoken to me from station manager to other apprentices
I feel like the program is very well organised with a plan being displayed every week so you know what you are going to do each week
I feel like a get a lot of support from the training provider as if am ever struggling to grasp something the instructors are always happy to help
I feel like I receive a lot of support from our employer as my co coordinator is always happy to help me when I need it
I feel my wage is very good and with all travel costs paid for I feel this is very good for a second year apprentice
There are lots of opportunities outside of work wither that be charity events or playing 5 aside football there is always something to do
Yes
I feel it is the best decision I have made in my life
Apply now its the best thing you will ever do in your life
