As a 16/17 year old coming from school with standard grade education i would recommend the apprenticeship however to anyone with highers or adv higers i would recommend furhter education before coming into the company as the level of difficulty and pace of work can be poor.
ensure you do research on the role before commiting to it as it is a big task.
