Working on a aircraft power management programe updating and designing schematics as per customer requirements
Gained multiple qualifications, taken prt in numerous internal training courses (both mandatory and optional) and been on a 2 week leadership training scheme
I very much enjoy the time I spend at the business working on projects however I find the academic side less enjoyable
I feel valued by the business and get given responsibility
The rotations at the company are well organised, varied and interesting. However we had numerous issues with the organisation at gloucester college
Regular meetings. Could also get more support if needed.
We have mentors, managers, team meetings, 1-on-1 progress meetings etc. There is a huge amount of support from my employer
About equal. I still live at home and run a car, and cannot afford to save. My income is pretty much the same as my outgoings
There are huge amounts of voulenteerig opportunities, both during and out of work time. I was also sponsered to complete my gold DofE by the company

Large company with numerous and varied projects, always interesting work to do and lots of support.
Make your application stand out with interesting hobbies, relatable work experience and show a passion work the industry. During the assesment, be confident as there is nothing to loose. GE loves confident and motivated people.
