Apprentice PSP. working with one of the lines to improve the area in regards to processes, part lay out, quality and efficentcy. attend meetings to catch-up with the daily topics affecting the plant and the area in particular.projects can be stable takt
on a FD degree so i will complete this by the time i finish the apprenticeship. i have gained huge amount of skills including communication skills, build knowledge of the car, planning and creating professional documents to show all levels of assocaite
the team in my placement and the training team have been fantastic and have given me lots of support. I do enjoy coming to work
very valued, i have been given excellent feedback from many placements and departments and know some of the areas i will be progressing.
i know where i am going to be placed and what is expected of me, although i am able to structure my time to suit my needs, eg a placment to help me with my uni work
excellent support. i have had some problems and they have supported me through them very well.
in the past i haven't had any because i haven't needed any except the daily tasks they have provided to me but the recent problems i have had they have given me more than enough
i feel i am paid well for an apprentice, although we live in an expensive area

I have gained great qualifications and experience in the past 3 1/2 years as well as being paid and making friends. i feel bmw is a great place to work and feel i will have many oppurtunities in the future to progress.
apply early and do as much research as possible. do not rush the assessments. at the interviews, just be yourself, the team have seen hundreds of individuals and can see potential. do work experience at the plants to gain better information
