Basically you have to be willing and able to every single aspect of the job. Which involves working every delivery with perfect accuracy and decent speed and even more perfect rotation. Plus the till work which has to be fast enough and again accurate with adequate customer service. That's just as standard! If you move into your second year the intensity of the program increase as you have to learn how to be a manager and learn how to run shifts and the safe and orders and all the more complex jobs
I have again loads of confidence and skills in pushing my ability and especially thinking on the spot
I really enjoy the program it's fun but extremely challenging and really tests your patience and you physical and mental endurance
i occasionally feel like a tiny piece in a huge machine but I want to grow into it as I want to push myself to standout. As you do that you are valued
The programme needs more structure occasionally as there is no set plan on what you should know. I'm lucky as one of 2 apprentices at my store I've received a lot of training mainly due to positive attitudes. But I feel it needs a set plan which will come in time I'm sure
A lot they really are there in your corner and will have no problem advising you on your options and taking problems to your area manager
Again your store manager really does care about your performance and your well being
As a first year it's about 5.40 an hour Second year it's 6.85 it really does well as apprenticeships go
The team work side of Aldi is really good we are all really close and everyone will help each other out
Yes
