modays we have a collage day learning all the thero behind the btec level 3 and then the rest of the week we do trail blazer work

i have learnt lots of new skills and also being able to develop on the skills that i already have gained

i really enjoy my programe learning lots of new important skills and also furhtering my knowledge of the company

i feel verey valued as a memebr of the bmw group, all the people i work with look out for one another and also i am respected and treated like one of the team

the programe is very profesianlly organised with all the curiculum layed out in a book that we were given at the start so we were able to understand what we would be doing

i recuive a large amount of surport from my training provided if i have an area of weakness tha tis highlighted and targets and goals are put in place for me to reach and help to do so

my employer pushes us as far as we can go also putting procedures in place for us so we can wokr on weaker areas of our trainer

it meets my costs very well also leaving me money to save for my furture house etc

there are a many oppotunities outside of work thqat are on offer to us that bmw groupd run e.g the moutain challenge the gold tournements that bmw hold

it is a briliant company to work for great training staff and us being pushed as far as we can to become the best that is possible from us

be yourself during the interview procces and make sure your confident with what you have done and that you become fully prepared with some background company knowledge
