Gaining AAT level 4 Attending internal training on different matters, getting more understanding of what we do as a firm Developing my confidence and technical abilities
I feel supported by my manager and colleagues, I know I can go to anyone for help I'm enjoying the programme very much
Feel involved and included within the company I can attend meetings with clients I'm always treated as an equal
My support meetings have been a bit delayed due to the nature of the job A bit more structure and training would have been beneficial
Tutors at CETC are fantastic and staff are always approachable Student rep meeting was held a bit to late in the course, nearer the start would have been better to get some issues addressed earlier on. I'm enjoying college lessons.
My manager is very supportive and emails me regularly to check how I'm getting on. She is very supportive and helps me set goals that I can achieve
I think it is a very fair salary for a apprenticeship CIPFA give me a travel allowance every month which helps towards my travel costs
I am a member of the social club and they hold events every month for a reduced cost
