  • My roles involves shadowing the maintenance engineers around the areas. it also involves reseting of faults, programming of robots, stripping and rebuilded of tools and equipment

  • i have learnt how to weld, gas cutting and machine as well as improved my grinding skills and fault finding.

  • it ranges on a day to day as some days it can be very bus and you learn alot while others can be quite and drag sligthly.

  • i feel well valued

  • depends on the are although overall it is well structured and organised

  • i am well supported on btec days (monday and tuesday) by the tutors however they are unavailable for the rest of the week.

  • i get on well with the employeers and they are constantly trting to allow me to improve my skills

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Money is very good for apprentices and the option of the car scheme which is a nice perk.

  • minimal oppurtunites unless you excell
