  • 4. How valued do you feel by BMW Group?

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The program is well organinsed and managed in most aspects. However the college I feel havent delt with the loss of a tutor due to illness well at all. The tutor was the only one that knew what was needed for the course and noone else knew any information about it. we went throught a number of tutors who simply were not up to the job and couldnt teach the subject.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • The training provider does provided support when it is needed, however I feel that this is pushed for by BMW Managenent, rather than the college trying to provide more help off their own back. I feel this way due to having complained about a lack of teaching being done by a tutor and nothing being done about this until what the teacher was attempting to teach became dangerous.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer provides me with a good level of support, they have brought other year groups in to help teach subjects when teachers were unavailable. If there is ever a probelm with training staff they push for it to be sorted.
