    • On a day to day basis we do a lot of practical work and spend a lot of time in the workshop.

    • Yes loads since i have been here

    • Loved every minute of it

    • Not very as we are only apprentices at the moment.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • Been a bit shakey at the start when one of the tutors fell in and they couldnt find someone to replace him but it has sorted itself out and is on the way up.

    • A lot there is always support if you need it.

    • A lot, managers always get other years to help the first years.

    • Its okay, just get by with what i get.

    • Yeah always events going on within bmw

    • Good company to work for.

    • Be yourself and try your best as thats all you can do
