I do all roles in the store, back stock, the order and tills. I do all different shifts.
My teamwork skills have developed immensely And my people skills are improving
I have a great team to work with And I enjoy the fast pace environment
Very, everyone is treated equally And help is always there when needed
In the beginning it was slow But now that we're up and running it is very frequent
I Receive a lot of support from my training provider And everyone in store.
Everyone in store is very supportive We all help each other
As an apprentice you don't get paid the same as other staff and it can be quite frustrating But the salary is fair.
Not exactly. But outside of work me and my other co workers do go out sometimes.
Yes
It is a great opportunity And a great start to a career from school.
Be prepared for fast pace and hard work. Long hours and no weekends but at the end of the day you will make great friends and a great qualification.
