My role in PR, involves me dealing with any queries that journalists might have regarding the cars that they are driving. Aswell as this it involves ensuring that PSA Peugeot Citroen as a company is shown in a good light in any newspapers, magazines or online.
I have learnt many new skills including coping with the transition of moving into full-time work. Some skills i have developed are my communication skills , having to speak to journalists when on different events has certainly helped me find it easier to communicate with different people.
I really enjoy my programme, I'm constantly busy and am always helped by my team if I need it. The role itself has certainly exceeded my expectations.
I feel very valued here, my manager is constantly giving me feedback and giving me areas to improve to try to help me progress in my role. I am always involved in big tasks and my involvement is always crucial to the whole project.
My programme is very organised, the first week being an induction week to ensure that we feel comfortable within the workplace, out trainign mentors are always on hand to help us with any concersn that we have.
I receive a lot of support from my training provider, if I ever need help he is always on hand to give me guidance and help me improve my work to a good standard.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, they are always setting me new tasks that will challenge me as they know it will help me improve and it will give me the experience I need to be successful.
It meets the costs fairly well, the wage that I receive is a really good wage for the position that I am in, I am always covered by any costs that occur.
Yes there is a lot of opportunities outside of work, the company does a lot to support the local community so there is always a chance to be involved in events that involve local charities.
Yes
It is a great company with it's employees at the heart, every employee is well respected and everyone is treated equally. The compamny shows that it cares for the community externally, not just internally.
Make sure when applying to PSA Peugeot Citroen to ensure that you will be fully commited to the company as the treat all there employees better than any company I know.
